Turkish Maarif Foundation considers social and cultural activities as a significant factor in the development of knowledge, skills and manners. In this perspective, Maarif Schools organize activities dedicated to the development of elements such as harmonization with social rules, the culture of common life, effective communication, responsibility, altruism, entrepreneurship, aesthetic development, understanding of civilization and socialization.
The social and cultural activities consist of visiting cultural and historical places, visiting social institutions, student clubs, study projects, special days for graduation, ceremonies, presentation and commemoration, school journals, musical performances, theatrical performances, poetry performances, folk games, sports tournaments, information competitions, skill workshops, conferences, symposiums, signature days, fairs, exhibitions and kermes, scouting and youth camps.
